Die cut collage card

Well its almost a month since I last posted! But I have been busy creating something every day. I may not have completed anything in one sitting, but I have done a little every day. I love crafting but am hampered with chronic fatigue.
So it is with amazement that I can say I have a new card to show you on my blog!
It was inspired by a project in Craft Stamper magazine, by Christine Dark.  This is my version:

The base card is an 8x8inch cream scalloped. I used gold metallic acrylic paint to edge the front.  For the topper I used a good watercolour paper.  Then I cut out various shapes from a selection of Spellbinders dies. These were glued onto the watercolour paper, and then painted with acrylic paints.I layered the topper onto a cream and then a pale aqua corrugated card.  Flowers and a crystal spray from Orchid Crafts, and vintage cotton lace from my stash was added to embellish the front.
I rubbed a little gold acrylic paint over the topper, followed by a little white acrylic paint, to add to the shabby vintage look.
